CM-Consult announces the successful completion of training and consulting of Metran Company (Emerson Process Management Group) employees working with IBM Rational tools.

In August 2010, CM-Consult Company specialists were engaged in training and consulting of Metran Company employees on methodology and tools of configuration management process, i.e. IBM Rational Software ClearCase and ClearQuest. The consultation training “Practice and technology of implementing the configuration management and change management processes on basis of IBM RUP, ClearCase and ClearQuest” was held.

Leading specialists and department managers of Metran Company (Emerson Process Management Group) participated in the training.
Consultations were adapted according to company’s special needs, including adaptation of training in order to comply with the Normative Methodical Guide and the special requirements of the training center.

Specialists of CM-Consult Company performed pre-training and after-training employee testing to determine initial knowledge and after-training progress. As a basis of the test materials they tool the IBM Rational UCM examination, which was adapted and translated into Russian. After-training testing showed that the average increase in correct answers was 128 percent that is the evidence of high quality of training material.

Metran Company employees mentioned high proficiency of CM-Consult specialist in the sphere of consulting services in IBM Rational methods and tools. Organization of training and practical part of lectures and workshops were valued, too.
